Useful Information

  • Portfolio Review

    • Basic Plan | Foundation (exclusive for students): 29€ (per client, final price, including taxes)

    • Premium Plan | Advance: 90€ (per client, final price, including taxes)

    No application fees are required under any circumstances.

  • By confirming your review plan, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms.

    For Portfolio Review plans:

    Payment schedule: Full payment is due upfront.

    Settlement: Payment must be completed 7 days before the first session to confirm your schedule.

    Payment Methods: Payments may be made exclusively via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of your participation. All payments must be made in euros and from a bank account within the EU. Payments may also be made from services such as Revolut, provided the account is within the EU and the payment is made in euros. You, the client, are solely responsible for any and all additional costs incurred, including but not limited to currency conversion fees, intermediary bank charges, or any other bank-related fees. These costs are your exclusive responsibility. We will not accept any responsibility for discrepancies, delays, or additional charges related to bank transfers.

  • In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date you receive your acceptance notification to withdraw from the contract without penalty. During this period, you may cancel your participation in the Portfolio or Brand Review service and receive a full refund.

    However, please note that as these services are provided on specific dates, you may forfeit your right to withdraw if the service begins during the cooling-off period, and you have consented to its early commencement. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which allows for this waiver when the service is delivered with the consumer's consent before the cooling-off period concludes.

    Refund Policy

    If you decide to cancel your participation after the cooling-off period, the following conditions apply:

    • You will not be entitled to a refund if the Portfolio or Brand Review service has already commenced and the cooling-off period has ended, unless a specific legal exception applies.

    • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in compliance with EU regulations. Please contact us directly to discuss the potential for a refund and provide any relevant details.

    Refund Processing and Costs

    • Once a refund is issued, you will be responsible for any additional charges related to the refund transfer, including, but not limited to, bank fees, currency exchange rates, and transaction taxes. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to these extra costs.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after a decision is made, and the method of refund will be the same as the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Important Notes

    • You must notify us promptly if you intend to cancel your participation. Cancellation requests must be received during the 14-day cooling-off period to be eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation is within the cooling-off period.

    • No refund will be provided if the service has already commenced and the cooling-off period has ended, unless otherwise stipulated by specific terms or legal exceptions.

  • Technical Requirements & Participation: To ensure a seamless Portfolio Review experience, clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to essential tools, including a stable internet connection, required software (e.g., Zoom, email), and any materials or documents for review sessions. Please ensure your equipment is ready before sessions begin. The organizer cannot be held responsible for technical issues arising from inadequate preparation.

    Client Responsibilities Beyond Technical Setup: Clients are responsible for actively engaging in the review process, meeting agreed-upon deadlines, providing accurate documentation and materials for feedback discussions, and adhering to all participation requirements throughout the service.

    Enrollment Process: We carefully review all applications based on the enrollment criteria and eligibility requirements. Enrollment decisions are final and not subject to reconsideration or appeal. We may not fill all available spots if suitable candidates do not meet the criteria. Feedback on application decisions will generally not be provided, though limited feedback may be offered at the organizer’s sole discretion.

    Confidentiality: Your work is valuable to us. All project details shared during Portfolio Review sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit consent. However, clients are responsible for ensuring they do not share sensitive or personal information in discussions. The organizer is not liable for information disclosed during review sessions.

    Code of Conduct: We value a positive and collaborative environment. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully, engage constructively, and adhere to the review service’s code of conduct. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in removal from the service without a refund.

    Intellectual Property: Clients retain full ownership of their projects and materials developed during the review process. Any feedback provided by the mentor is intended to support the client's work and should not be used or replicated without the client's consent. The organizer does not claim any rights over the client’s intellectual property.

    Service Modifications: While we strive to maintain the planned schedule, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to content, timing, or mentors. Clients will be promptly notified of any changes. In the unlikely event of service postponement or cancellation, we will ensure timely communication and make appropriate arrangements.

    Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

    Third-Party Tools and Platforms: The review service relies on third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive) for delivery and communication. The organizer cannot be held responsible for disruptions or service issues caused by these providers.

    Liability: The organizer is not liable for any personal, technical, or professional losses incurred during or after participation in the review service. Clients are solely responsible for the management, outcomes, and decisions related to their career or creative projects.

    Errors and Omissions: The review service content is provided "as-is." The organizer makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of the review content to every client’s specific goals or needs.

    Results Disclaimer: While participation in the Portfolio Review service is designed to provide guidance, and promote professional or creative growth, it does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as project success, career advancements, or financial rewards. Success depends on the client’s effort, application of insights gained, and external factors beyond the review process.

    Non-transferability: Participation in the Portfolio Review service is personal and non-transferable. Spots cannot be transferred to another individual.
